In what ways does your firm stand out?

Rebecca Foster Design stands out by being truly hands-on. We want our clients to have their dream home. Tastes and styles are so unique—we don’t try to overlay our style onto your home. We want to learn what you love and what makes a house feel like home to you. We take on all sizes of projects. We can help you reimagine a room or help you build a new home from the ground up. We have amazing relationships with local contractors, so we have a full team of professionals we can call on to make your dreams a reality.

Speak about the importance of community in your business.

Being a part of the South Bay community is a very important part of my business, as the same people you help redo a kitchen or bathroom also see you in the store or on the beach. When someone signs on as a client, we are forming a long-term relationship. We pride ourselves on our repeat business, and nothing makes us happier than when clients return to us when they need to update a room or buy a new home and need our help once again.

How do you support other women in business?

At Rebecca Foster Design, we are a group of strong women. I love supporting women in their careers, and I also love that we get to work with a lot of amazing men. We model healthy, positive relationships across all parts of our industry. I love the contractors in the area who know that working together is better than working alone, so when they get a project without a designer, they insist on bringing me on to help fulfill the client’s goals.
