Custom Design & Construction

Describe the featured project.

We approach each home design with our clients’ unique tastes and needs at the forefront. In this whole-home remodel, we incorporated custom built-ins, bold accents and thoughtfully curated details to create a space that is both functional and deeply personal. Every element was carefully crafted with the homeowners to ensure a cohesive aesthetic and a home that reflects their lifestyle for years to come.

Tell us about your team.

Founded over 35 years ago, our company has grown into a true family—both in spirit and in practice. Recently acquired by our two longest-standing employees, Beth Yuen (design) and Santos Mejia (production), we are proud to carry forward a legacy of craftsmanship and teamwork. With in-house accredited architectural and interior designers, project managers and skilled craftsmen, our team is especially interconnected. As we design, we consult with our production leaders. During construction, designers are often onsite. This continuous engagement fosters a culture of integration that defines who we are and what we do.

How do you define success?

Success for us goes beyond the finished project—it’s about the relationships we build along the way. We measure it by the trust we earn from our clients, the fulfillment of our team and the respect we show our partners. When collaboration is strong, the process is smooth and the final result reflects the shared vision of our clients, we know we’ve done our job right.

Tell us about your industry collaborations.

Collaboration keeps our work fresh, innovative and exciting! We’re proud to have held a seat on Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies Remodeling Futures Program and to be members of NARI, NAHB and NKBA. Some of our best learning happens when our team swaps expertise, shares insights and teaches each other new tricks of the trade. We also value the strong partnerships we’ve built with our vendors, from Fortune 500 companies to locally owned businesses—ensuring we bring the best materials, craftsmanship and innovation to every project.
