Owned by the LA Galaxy professional soccer club—six-time champions of the MLS Cup—LA Galaxy Youth has been providing top-tier soccer training programs in the South Bay for over a decade. Designed for kids ages 18 months to 16 years, the programs cater to all skill levels—from beginner to advanced—and offer year-round classes, seasonal camps, birthday parties and specialized training.

Have you undergone recent expansions?

We have expanded both our programs and our facilities. With the launch of Galaxy Park at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, we now offer even more opportunities for kids to develop their skills in a professional and engaging environment. Our programs continue to grow, adapting to the needs of our players and the community—whether it’s enhancing our coaching curriculum, introducing new player development pathways or creating exciting family-friendly events.

In what ways do you ensure that your services are inclusive and accessible to kids from diverse backgrounds and abilities?

We are committed to making soccer an inclusive and accessible experience for all kids, regardless of their background or skill level. To better serve our diverse community, we have introduced Spanish-led classes, ensuring that language is never a barrier to participation and learning. Additionally, we continue to explore ways to make our programs welcoming to players of all abilities by fostering an environment that prioritizes fun, development and a sense of belonging for every child.

Highlight some notable achievements by your clients.

We celebrate every milestone along each kid’s soccer journey. One inspiring success story comes from a local player who began in our Galaxy Juniors program (1.5–7 years), developed their skills through Skills Training (7–14 years) and progressed into our new Grassroots program (5–14 years). They were identified by our coaches as a standout player and invited to our Elite Camps (10–16 years), and now they’ve reached the highest level of youth training LA Galaxy Youth offers: the Galaxy Discovery Program. Their journey has become a family affair, with a younger sibling now starting their own path in Galaxy Juniors. LA Galaxy Youth provides a true soccer journey, offering young athletes the opportunity to grow within our programs while fostering a lifelong love for the game. 

How do you create a fun, imaginative environment for your young clients?

We transform soccer into an exciting adventure where kids immerse themselves in imaginative experiences that make learning fun. Whether they’re dragons defending their castle, safari leaders exploring the field or captains leading their team to victory, our sessions engage young players in creative storytelling while building fundamental soccer skills. From cone towers to Hungry Hippos-inspired games, every activity is designed to spark joy, keep kids active and foster a love for the sport. 

We also bring this energy into our birthday parties, where families can design their own experience, allowing both kids and adults to create a world of fun and celebration. We provide the space, the energy and the LA Galaxy magic to make every moment unforgettable.
