We are thrilled to showcase one of our standout custom builds: a stunning, 11,000-square-foot home that truly captures the essence of coastal living in Manhattan Beach. This award-winning home is built with features that elevate it beyond conventional upgrades. Picture custom steel windows and doors, precisely handcrafted woodwork, a Brunswick bowling alley, and a brick-clad basement bar reminiscent of a speakeasy. Every detail has been carefully crafted to create an inviting space that is perfect for gatherings, as it truly radiates a warm and welcoming ambience.

We collaborated with our top local subcontractors to ensure that the construction and design elements of this home were precise. We completed the build within a two-year timeline while staying under budget. This home was not just a construction project; it has become a symbol of coastal style and our community!

Tell us the history of Elite Design Builders, Inc. 

I founded Elite Design Builders, Inc. in 2001 while working with a Manhattan Beach business, Matt Morris Development. After constructing over 50 beautiful new homes alongside Matt, I ventured out on my own in 2013. Shortly after, I brought my wife on board, as she already had experience in project management and construction purchasing. Together we have been building and remodeling stunning high-end homes ever since.
