When homeowners are frequent travelers with a great sense of design and style, designing a custom home quickly becomes fun for our team—and for Jacqueline Kleinberg with JK Interiors and the clients themselves! 

The inspirational images for this two-story, 5,400-square-foot home were equal parts traditional and modern. Imagine an intricate Parisian flat with exquisite moldings and trim work on the walls paired with herringbone floors in the kitchen and a rectangular, sleek island with a modern pendant fixture above. Although the home’s “shell” is quite modest in detail, the details that fill each room—such as brass door hardware, Calacatta countertops with integrated stovetops, chevron floors and intricate ceiling medallions—pull these spaces together so beautifully.

Tell us about your team.

C&C Partners Design Build is an elevated one-stop shop for custom homes. Founded in 1987 by Patrick Cunningham, AIA, and Michael Cunningham, GC, the 18-person team includes Patrick’s daughter Brieanna Cunningham, associate AIA, and Michael’s son Liam Cunningham, assistant construction manager.
