Financial advisor Tania Kvakic knows the importance of staying current in her field and well-rounded in her approach to life. It’s this multi-faceted game plan that allows her to bring new ideas to the table and service her clients at RBC Wealth Management in the best possible manner. 

Tania integrates what really matters— clients’ lifestyle, values, goals and purpose—to help them create a financial plan that provides peace of mind. “Being a financial advisor is much more than just managing money,” she says. “You’re managing clients’ end-to-end needs: income planning, investments, retirement planning, tax planning, insurance and estate planning.”

Working in various positions during her early days at RBC lent diverse expertise to Tania in her present role as financial advisor. She holds degrees in international business management and personal financial planning, and she stays up to date with continuing education. She also maintains industry designations and consults with private coaches and mentors to help expand her personal and business acumen. 

This preparedness enables Tania to serve clients in an ever-changing environment and address the unique challenges they face. “I provide a high level of service and industry expertise that meets and often exceeds clients’ expectations,” she says. “I view the responsibility of handling their money as seriously as my own.”

Always focused on versatility, Tania finds time to stay active in her community, serving on boards and volunteering with various organizations. She travels the world and relishes experiencing new cultures. At home she enjoys live music, going to the beach and spending time with her loved ones—including her Bernedoodle, Bentley.

For someone so immersed in life’s important decisions at work, enjoying the simple things after hours is what keeps Tania balanced. She can then bring her A game to each client interaction, helping them build the foundation for a truly successful life. And it’s these client interactions that give Tania a thrill—day after day, for nearly 20 years and counting. 

She places unwavering focus on client education, realizing that knowledge is instrumental in developing a solid financial future. Her affinity for education created a true success story for one of her clients—an athlete who was part of a group of sports professionals who were uneasy with the financial advice they were receiving. 

“I was able to educate them and build trust about their situation,” Tania recalls. “Five years later, we meet regularly and they understand their investment strategy and feel empowered. At every meeting they learn something new about investing and their portfolio and wealth plan.”

Tania takes a family office approach with the professionals, expats, athletes, entertainers and families who are her clients. She proudly points out: “I am dedicated to helping my clients and their families achieve their goals, understand their finances and define their legacies.”
