Marina Accardo (@accardo_real estate) collaborates with her husband, Tony Accardo, to provide clients with an all-encompassing real estate journey. Through tailored digital marketing approaches, she enhances the value of each seller’s property along with her discerning sense of design in staging and remodeling. She is a mother of three and an active member of her community who values connecting people with purpose.

A South Bay native for over 20 years, Penny Wales (@penny.wales.realtor) brings her extensive background as a former retail and wholesale executive into her real estate business. Using her finely tuned negotiation skills and customer service experience, Penny’s expertise as an agent lies in her capacity to discern and articulate the unique requirements and aspirations of her clients with the utmost care. She is a mother of a competitive dancer and is an enthusiastic member of her daughter’s school and church.

University of Southern California alum Angelique Lyle (@angeliquelyle) has nearly 20 years of experience in buying and selling homes in Southern California. Angelique lives in Palos Verdes with her husband and two children and takes pride in being a local expert in the South Bay. “Being accessible to my clients is important to me,” she says. “Using my local knowledge and strong network available through Compass nationally, I can help navigate through today’s marketplace.”

Growing up in the South Bay, Carly Potter (@carlypotter_realestate) is deeply rooted in the area’s culture and community. Prior to her role as a Realtor, she gained experience as a leasing consultant and real estate assistant. Carly’s “why” is serving others as she puts her clients’ needs first and continues to be a resource for them even after the close of escrow.

With more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Jackie Enriquez (@1southbayladyinrealestate) began her career in escrow and loans before transitioning to her true passion: connecting with people on a deeper level as their real estate agent. Jackie is a firm believer that if our goal in life is to live a life we love, the right home can make all the difference in creating a fulfilling life.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Karina Castillo (@itskarinacastillo) can service our Spanish-speaking community authentically. She transitioned into her real estate career six years ago with a 15-year background in personal banking, mortgage lending and mutual funds. Karina’s understanding of the volatile markets and major decisions we are faced with makes her the greatest sounding board throughout the process.

Manhattan Beach native Samantha Littrell (@sam.littrell.realestate) has an extensive network of affiliations and knowledge of the South Bay. She is known and trusted by local agents, vendors and residents. She even earned a Rookie of the Year distinction in her first year working in real estate.
