Diana Woods and Colleen Rock are escrow officers with e-escrows, a full-service escrow company serving the top real estate professionals and their clients in the South Bay. Diana is a Pismo Beach native and began her real estate career in 1982. She joined e-escrows in 2009. Colleen has been a lifelong resident of the South Bay, growing up in Palos Verdes Estates. She stays busy with two teenage daughters who are competitive swimmers. Colleen joined e-escrows in 2010.

What would you like potential clients to know about you? 

Diana: “That I will exceed their expectations and leave their client with a great experience.”
Colleen: “That I am empathetic. For most clients, they are struck by the enormity of the process they are going through. I am here to make a complex process as simple as possible.”

What’s most rewarding about your work?

Diana: “Knowing that I helped someone achieve their goal; that’s how I define success!”
Colleen: “It is so rewarding to guide a client through the process of a transaction, whether I am assisting them in obtaining the home of their dreams or guiding them through the sale of their property. It is exciting to help them strategize their transaction and bring it to a successful close.”

How do you stay on top of things in your business?

Diana: “By keeping focus on attention to detail and my assistant, Michele, and our other staff members here at e-escrows. Having a great staff that you can depend upon is an integral part of how we get it done.” 

What is one word you want associated with you and your business?

Colleen: “Exceptional personal service! One word doesn’t sum up what I would like to convey. I want our community to know that their customer experience with e-escrows is of utmost importance to us.” 

Do you think that trusting your instincts is important in order to grow your business?

Diana: “Without a doubt! It’s all about priorities and people. You must utilize your intuition to anticipate the unforseen issue and have the ability to earn the trust of any type of personality.”
