Fulbright Aesthetic and Reconstructive Dentistry is a unique boutique dental practice focusing on aesthetic and reconstructive implant dentistry. The practice, owned by Dr. Michael Fulbright, provides general dentistry services as well as veneers, Invisalign, teeth whitening, sleep apnea treatment and CEREC same-day porcelain crowns and implants. Dr. Fulbright’s full-service medical spa, Aesthetic Edge, offers skin care, facials, injectables like Botox and Juvederm, laser services and facial plastic surgery by his partner Dr. Keith Marcus. In practice for 11 years, Dr. Fulbright graduated from the USC Dental School and completed a two-year post-graduate program in cosmetic dentistry at UCLA. He is certified in oral conscious sedation, an option that can make patients more comfortable while receiving treatments. He recently completed a one-year residency in oral implantology at the Pacific Implant Institute in Vancouver, BC.

“Our team of caring individuals is trained to take care of our patients’ every wish and make sure their experience at our office is a pleasant and comfortable one.”
Tell us about your family.
“I have a beautiful wife, Molly, who helps run our medical spa, Aesthetic Edge. We have a 2½-year-old daughter, Marlee Marie, and our recent addition, Tucker James.”
How do you give back to your community?
“We are highly involved in the Give Back a Smile Foundation for battered men and women, along with other organizations and shelters. We volunteer our time and treat victims of domestic violence to restore their smiles and hopefully their lives. In addition, we give our time and services to the Beacon House, a recovery home for men with substance abuse.”
What’s most rewarding about your work?
“The most rewarding thing about what I do is being able to transform someone’s smile into something that gives them confidence and self-esteem. We not only change smiles, we change lives!”
What does the future hold for your practice?
“Being a showcase office and offering all the latest in technology such as CAD/CAM CEREC (which allows us to make crowns for patients in the same visit), we are always looking to keep our edge. We’ll soon be performing computer-guided implant surgeries and prosthetics that will give patients more accurate and safer surgeries.”
