Realtor John Altamura has lived in the Manhattan Beach continuously since 1966. He has been a Realtor and developer since 1986 and joined South Bay Brokers in 1987. John and his wife, Kathi, a fourth-generation Californian, are active in local charitable organizations. They have four children, Gio, Brieana, and twins Vince and Alexa, all of whom have attended the MBUSD. The Altamura sons control the website, JOHNALTAMURA.COM, and head all facets of the Social Media and Digital Marketing, including updates of new listings, recently sold listings and a weekly blog, which gives readers professional insight on South Bay real estate they can’t find anywhere else. Gio was captain of the National Champion Boy’s volleyball team in 2001 and 2002 and captain of the Men’s Volleyball team at University of Southern California for four years. He graduated from USC with a degree in Planning and Development with an emphasis in residential real estate. He began his real estate career with South Bay Brokers in 2007. Vince, a High School 1st Team All American at Mira Costa, recently graduated from USC with a degree in Public Policy, Planning and Development. Throughout college, he was active with TREA, the leading commercial real estate organization at USC. He was a three-year letterman of the Men’s Volleyball team.
