"My clients appreciate that they work directly with me. I am their point of contact throughout every part of the transaction, and I coordinate between the lender, escrow, title and other broker involved."

What would you like potential clients to know about you?
“My job is so much more than just selling houses. It’s about understanding and listening, while incorporating knowledge, experience and building relationships. I am committed to providing the highest quality of service in each step of every transaction. I pride myself on being consistent, reliable and approachable. Each escrow is unique, like every property is unique, and I custom-tailor how I handle each transaction to ensure my client is satisfied and protected.”

Who is your typical client?
“Most of my clients are referrals, which is significant because a recommendation from a past client is the highest compliment an agent can receive. I especially enjoy working with first-time buyers and taking the time to go through each step of the process to ensure their first home-buying experience is a good one.”

What areas of real estate do you specialize in?
“Single family homes, townhomes and condominiums, new homes and also development and construction. My husband is a local developer of spec and custom homes, so I am very involved and experienced in residential building from the ground up.”

What is most rewarding about your work?
Whether it’s a first home, a 10th home or an income property, it’s amazing to be an integral part of the process. I strive to make the experience enjoyable and comfortable for my clients, which in turn is a rewarding experience for me.”
