What is the history of your company in the South Bay?

“Growing up in Manhattan Beach, I was excited to start my own company along with my wife Lori in my hometown in 1987.  Through the years we have been fortunate to have grown along with the community that we live in. We have evolved into a company that includes a professional staff that is focused on answering our clients every concern.”

What makes your company unique?

“I believe that our strength is to listen and identify a client’s concerns. As professionals, it is our commitment to support our clients from the pre-construction phase through the life of the home that we are impacting. This is possible from having the capabilities to supplement a design team, having an in house team of carpenters and craftsmen for more detailed construction, and as well supplying our clients with a maintenance team for the life of the home!”

What makes the project you’ve featured special?

“This particular featured house, located just minutes from our office, was a ‘lifestyle’ kind of project where a client came to us to help them execute their goals of capturing a ‘feeling.’ Referencing the movie Something’s Gotta Give, we were presented style frames from the film and worked meticulously to capture the elements important to them! It’s a contemporary version of a traditional house—gorgeous details that play out in real life as good as they do in the movie, without Jack Nicholson! We appreciate the opportunity given to us to impact the lives of our clients as they have all influenced who we are as a company!”
