What is your key to success?
“Persistence plays an important role in my success. I don’t give up easily. I can’t be of help to people unless I am successful. I always think each situation through and develop a game plan that will guarantee a successful outcome. Secondly, I am an organized perfectionist who is friendly and co-operative, so other brokers enjoy working with me and my team. We work hard and get the job done. We don’t worry about who should do what; we just get it done with the least amount of stress to everyone. Lastly, I have a natural ability for marketing homes, which combined with 32 years of experience and continuing education, gives me the edge for success in any real estate market.”
What’s next for you, professionally and personally?
“Recognition at the Re/Max International Conference is always a wonderful way to start the new year. On a personal level, to keep growing and improving; finding a better way to leave everyone better off after they have met me.”
What’s your forecast for the 2012 real estate market?
“Home prices will stabilize, along with low interest rates, which will encourage buyers to move up to more expensive properties. Buyers realize that this is now the time to buy, with the unprecedented low interest rates and home prices at a nine-year low. If they want their dream home, now is the time. It is also a great time to buy prime property that is rarely available.”
