Nina Michaels and Leah Abraham are not only a dynamic real estate team with more than 37 years combined experience, they are also mother and daughter. The two represent first-time home buyers, experienced buyers and sellers, and all types of investors of multi-million dollar properties throughout the South Bay. Nina and Leah offer clients the perspective of two generations and two real estate brokerages, maximizing property exposure. In addition to being a Realtor, Leah has four years experience in home staging and last year earned her mortgage loan officer license. Nina is a Certified Residential Specialist and licensed broker. “It takes very hard work in every aspect of business: preparing the home for sale, determining proper pricing in the current market, advertising and negotiating the very best contract for our clients.”

In what ways do you provide top-notch customer service?
“We take pride in our work and our listings. We begin by getting homes prepared for market, and this is where Leah’s staging expertise is most helpful. We also hire graphic artists for designing flyers, while professionally photographing our client’s homes. We personally show the property, request feedback and develop a rapport with the selling associate and buyers. We hold our own open houses, rather than farming them out to other agents. This way, we get crucial feedback immediately and we are able to point out the most attractive selling features. This is how we’ve become so successful.”
