What would you like potential clients to know about you?
“I have first-hand experience in South Bay real estate, since I have owned several houses and income properties over the past 15 years in the area. I share this local expertise with my clients. I also have a seasoned team ready for all transactions.”

What’s your forecast for the 2012 real estate market?
“The South Bay remains a solid market, due to its very desirable land near the beach, good weather, top-rated schools and thriving local businesses. Due to these factors, it is a stable niche market. I see owning South Bay property as a sound long-term investment. And the lower loan interest rates make it more affordable.”

What is the biggest challenge facing your clients today?
“Clients need an agent who has an `ear to the ground,’ knowing about property that might not be publicized or an off-market ‘Pocket Listing.’ I understand each neighborhood nuance and sub-market. I provide that inside knowledge to my clients.”
