Bank of Manhattan Mortgage Lending is a division of Bank of Manhattan, N.A., which offers deposit and cash management services and a variety of residential mortgages, commercial loans and lines of credit. The management and production teams at the bank are comprised of seasoned veterans, most of whom have at least a decade of experience. Senior Vice President Christian Salceda graduated from the University of Arizona in 1996 with a business degree. He has spent nearly 15 years in the mortgage industry, where he founded Coast Capital Group in 2003. Christian and his team from Coast Capital Group recently joined Bank of Manhattan. His dedication to his clients and his strong work ethic have made him one of the top mortgage originators in the South Bay. Christian is excited about the Bank of Manhattan Mortgage Lending business model and the opportunity to grow the western region.
