Horsing around in Palos Verdes is a great way to enjoy summer!  Whether you are a wanna be cowboy, a Zen-minded nature lover, you have kids out of school looking for something fun to do, or you have just always wanted to ride a horse some day, the peninsula offers a treasure chest of great horse experiences. From breathtaking ocean view trail rides and private riding lessons to kids’ pony camps and spectating at professional equestrian events, we have it all right here in the South Bay.  So pull on your boots and make a date with a horse.  It will be good for your soul. I promise!   Here are a few links to help you find a great place to saddle up or just be close to horses:   www.palosverdesstables.com/...

About This Blog

Cowboy boots, dressage boots, work boots, hiking boots, ski boots and fashion boots. An unshakable passion for boots and the earth loving, adventurous lifestyle that keeps mine dusty most of the time began with childhood. Horses, dogs, nature, the arts, and my family’s construction business shaped my life. Today, living on the glorious Palos Verdes Peninsula, my boot prints are bigger, my interior design projects have replaced Dad’s building sites and new dogs and horses soften the ways of the world. But, all that moved my spirit most as a child, still blissfully does. Welcome to my blog. Diane Barber www.dianebarberdesigns.com
