New or vintage brooches can add a little sparkle to your life instead of just sitting in a drawer somewhere. Lately I've been noticing brooches when I go to vintage shops or flea markets; but I never quite knew what to do with them. The owners of Ava + Aliria taught me to pin them on my chains to create a more substantial statement piece. Some other ideas came to mind once I got thinking: layering a flower pin with a sparkly center, add them to a clutch or bag, use them as an extra gift on top of a present. I'd love to know what creative ways you've discovered to style your brooches.
