The Sizemore Law Firm specializes in mass torts, product liability, mesothelioma and catastrophic personal injury litigations. The firm’s attorneys are licensed in 14 different states. Owner Paul Sizemore is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law and began practicing in 1995. He moved to LA to try the first California Vioxx trial eight years ago. That litigation resulted in a $4.88 billion settlement. Paul founded the Sizemore Law Firm three years ago and now has three—soon to be four—offices.

“Being selected at a young age to try a mass tort case involving 40,000 injured people. After a successful verdict, I was selected as a Top 20 California attorney.”

“Helping children who have been harmed by anti-depressants and the families that care for them.”

What is the biggest challenge facing your clients today? How do you help them with those challenges?
“The biggest challenge is the slow removal of individual rights in favor of corporate insulation. We help with vigorous, learned prosecution of their individual cases.”
What do you like to do for fun, when you’re not at work?
“Play and spend time with my three beautiful children, Colton, Aubrey and Jack. I am the luckiest man in the world. They give me purpose in life.”
