Originally from Tokyo, Japan, Kastumi Kasai has worked in the beauty industry for 30 years. His skills are sought by high-profile celebrities and clients who want top-quality services. Kasai worked in New York for 15 years, including 12 years at one of top salons in world, Frederic Fekkai. He has also worked for 10 years in Beverly Hills. Kasai has won many styling competitions and travels all over the world to style his clients and teach classes. He owns Kasai Hair, a full-service hair salon that is open seven days a week. He moved to the area 10 years ago so he could live near the beach and surf. When he’s not working, he enjoys surfing, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his three children, Ryan, age 23, Ray, age 5, and Luna, age 2.
